Christopher Ehrmann currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Sino-German Center of Mechanical Engineering and as a Gruppenleiter at Tongji University, where responsibilities include coordinating industrial projects, managing the I4.0 Lab, and facilitating Sino-German collaborations since March 2017. Additionally, Christopher holds a position as an Assistant Professor at Tongji University since December 2021. Previous experience includes serving as an Akademischer Mitarbeiter at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT). Educational qualifications include a Dr.-Ing. in Production Science and a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechatronics, both obtained from KIT between 2004 and 2012.
