Thomas Tunstill is a Graduate Engineer at Tong Engineering since November 2018, where notable achievements include resolving a persistent issue with a 'Twin Box-Filler' through effective communication and root cause analysis, as well as significantly reducing manufacturing time by over 50% by addressing inefficiencies in a 'Box-Tipper' fabrication process. Prior to this role, Thomas gained experience as a Customer Service Assistant at Stagecoach Bus from April 2016 to September 2016, where responsibilities included automating manual data processing for the company’s rota, leading to a weekly time savings of approximately 20 minutes, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to enhance budget spreadsheet functionality. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University, completed in 2018.
