Morten Eskildsen Snitker is a legal professional with extensive experience in public administration and law. Currently serving as Fagchef Politik & Strategi at Tønder Kommune since November 2022, Morten previously held the position of Juridisk chef at Familieretshuset from April 2020 to October 2022. Morten's tenure at Tønder Kommune from July 2009 to March 2020 involved leadership of departments focused on secretariat functions, legal matters, insurance, procurement, GDPR, and oversight of supported housing construction. With a strong background in public law, Morten has provided legal guidance on various topics, including administrative law, municipal law, procurement law, and social law, particularly in the areas of children and schools, as well as business and labor market issues. Prior to this, Morten practiced as a lawyer at Advokaterne Haderslevvej, specializing in commercial law, contract drafting, liability law, leasing law, property transactions, litigation, construction law, and arbitration. Morten holds a Master of Laws degree from Aarhus University and a leadership diploma from University College Syddanmark.
