Buu Trinh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and service management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Field Operations at Tonal since June 2019. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing technical knowledge for product installation, and providing logistical support to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Buu held various positions at AlterG, including Manufacturing, Service and Engineering Consultant, and Senior Service Operations Manager, where expertise was applied to process improvement and service operations. Buu also has a solid background in engineering and electronics, having worked as a Field Service Engineer at AAI Corporation and in avionics with the United States Marine Corps. Buu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations and Supply Chain Management from Golden Gate University and several technical certificates related to building systems and military training.
