Hideo Tone is an experienced professional in project management and cost engineering, currently serving as a Cost Engineer and Sourcing specialist at TOMY International since February 2018. Hideo has a strong background in coordinating product development and managing annual launch timelines at Boon Inc., where responsibilities included relationship management with overseas manufacturers and overseeing packaging certification and sample requests. Prior to that, Hideo held project management and customer relations roles at Sente Creations, working closely with major toy and game companies such as Mattel and Hasbro. Starting in product development as an Assistant Manager at People Co. Ltd., Hideo possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chiba Institute of Technology and has completed ESL studies at both Roosevelt University and Salem University.
