Bart Bolger is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at TomTom since November 2018, overseeing a global team of over 75 individuals dedicated to talent attraction, branding, communication, and service delivery. Bolger previously held various HR leadership roles at TomTom, including VP HR Brand & Locations and Director HR, where contributions included strategic business partnership and organizational development. Prior to rejoining TomTom, Bolger was the HR & FM Director at bol.com. Additionally, early career roles included research consulting at Maes & Lunau Executive Search and internship positions at Bates Worldwide London and Universal Music. Bart Bolger holds degrees in Management and Marketing/Communication from Webster Leiden Campus and The New School for Information Services, respectively, as well as executive education from INSEAD.
