Joe Yu is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager for the APAC region at TOMRA since October 2021 and also holds the position of IT Manager at TOMRA Collection since September 2019. Previously, Joe Yu worked at IBM from August 2010 to September 2019, where the roles included Major Incident Manager and Senior Service Desk Consultant. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Admin at Interconnect Network Constructions from February 2008 to October 2010. Academically, Joe Yu holds a master's degree in Computing & Information Technology from UNSW, completed from 2006 to 2007, and has studied at Jinan University.
