Lea Binkley is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in various industries, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Tommy Bahama since February 2016. Prior to this role, Binkley held significant positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Exotic Metals Forming Co LLC, and Recruiting Manager at both Liberty Dialysis and Onvia. Binkley has also contributed to the Seattle Talent Acquisition Collaborative as the VP of Membership.
