Paul Gozar is a seasoned construction project manager and owner's representative with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently working at TKDA since October 2010, Paul provides owner’s representative services for railway and industrial facilities across the United States. Previously, Paul served as an assistant project manager at Walsh Construction from September 2000 to May 2009, focusing on project leadership for commercial and residential developments. Paul's earlier roles included project architect and construction field representative at Wight & Company, where responsibilities spanned all phases of construction, as well as project architect/job captain at Matocha Associates and staff architect/consultant at Faganel Builders LLC. Paul holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the same institution.
