Phil Scheffler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process development and manufacturing within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Director of Process Development at Tolmar since February 2015, Phil has been instrumental in the development of specialty sterile injectables. Prior to Tolmar, Phil held various roles at Sandoz and Amgen, where responsibilities included creating manufacturing documents in response to FDA regulations and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, respectively. With a foundation in chemical engineering from Michigan State University, Phil has a proven track record in project management, quality systems, and operational efficiency across multiple organizations.
