Lara Austin-Mooney is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Operations Leadership Team at Tolmar since May 2023. As the Owner and Doula Mentor at Birth Into Community since July 2020, Lara has shifted focus to mentoring new doulas and consulting with seasoned professionals, also offering a virtual Night Nanny Training course. Previously, Lara operated Lara Austin, LLC as a Certified Online Business Manager, helping clients with businesses generating $150-$500K annually. Other roles include founding Driftwood Relaxation, serving as a Field Marketing Specialist at Old Elk Distillery, and holding various positions in sales and marketing, retail planning, research analysis, and administration at companies such as Sierra Trading Post and OtterBox. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel & Merchandising from Colorado State University.
