Kristy-rose Dougherty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristy-rose began their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2007, where they worked as an Operations Specialist from January 2007 to December 2008. Kristy-rose then took on the role of Training Specialist from December 2008 to December 2009.

In 2005, Kristy-rose joined Rider University as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, where they excelled until May 2014.

Since May 2014, Kristy-rose has been working with TOLMAR Pharmaceuticals. Kristy-rose started as an Account Manager, responsible for promoting urology products to healthcare professionals. During their tenure, they successfully developed territory business plans, collaborated with the sales management team, and established and maintained relationships with key stakeholders within accounts. In November 2018, they were promoted to Regional Account Executive, Senior I, a role they held until January 2020. Following that, they served as the Regional Sales Director from January 2020 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Corporate Accounts at Tolmar.

Kristy-rose Dougherty earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rider University, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Kristy-rose later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rider University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2012.
