Derek Rose, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Tolmar since November 2022. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Oakton Community College from May 2022 to November 2022 and worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at HRDI from June 2021 to May 2022. Derek's extensive experience also includes over two decades as a Human Resource Business Partner at The Salvation Army from May 2001 to June 2021. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.
