Patrick Hyatt currently serves as the Sr. Director of Architecture and Planning at Viera Builders, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading design and construction projects while managing teams of architects and engineers. Prior to this role, Patrick held various positions within Viera Builders and C.M.S. Construction and Design, focusing on architectural management and business development. Patrick’s experience encompasses a diverse background, including military service as an Infantry Paratrooper in the Army National Guard, and extensive project management roles in industrial and commercial construction environments. Patrick earned multiple degrees, including an MBA with a concentration in Global Leadership, and has a solid foundation in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology.
