Matthew Fishman currently serves as a Community Planning Manager and previously held the role of Senior Land Planner & Analyst at Toll Brothers since December 2020. Fishman earned a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Public and Private Development from the University of Pennsylvania, where attendance spanned from 2018 to 2020. Prior experience includes a Real Estate Development Summer Associate position at Keystone Property Group, a New Development Associate role at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, and a Summer Associate stint at Silverstein Properties, Inc. Matthew Fishman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
