Lyles Davis currently serves as a Land Acquisition Analyst at Toll Brothers since July 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Development Analyst at Alliance Residential Company from October 2021 to May 2023, and as a Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Lima One Capital, LLC from November 2020 to October 2021. Lyles also gained experience as an Athletic Facilities & Capital Projects Intern at Clemson University in 2020 and as a Development Intern at Woodfield Development during the summer of 2020. Lyles was a Student Athlete at Clemson University from June 2015 to May 2019 and completed a Marketing Internship at Trademark Properties Real Estate Services between May 2017 and June 2018. Lyles holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, both from Clemson University.
