Joy Roman is an accomplished HR and strategy executive with extensive experience in leading human resources, strategy, and sustainability initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the EVP, Chief People & Strategy Officer at Berry Global, Inc., Joy oversees HR and strategic operations for over 40,000 employees. Previous roles include Group Head of Human Resources for Technical & Sustainability Functions at Anglo American, and Executive Head of HR for De Beers Group, where Joy contributed significantly to executive transitions and restructurings. Joy also held leadership positions at Toll Brothers as SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, and at 3M, where Joy managed talent development and executive compensation across multiple regional roles. Joy's early career included management consulting at McKinsey & Company. Joy holds a BA in English & Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Yale School of Management.
