Chad Fischer is an experienced professional in land development and project management, currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Toll Brothers since August 2018, following a tenure as Senior Land Development Manager. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Project Manager at Sunland Asphalt from March 2017 to August 2018, and also at Pulice Construction from June 2008 to March 2017. Chad's earlier experience includes Project Manager roles at Rummel Construction, Inc. and Herzog Contracting Corp., along with serving as a Project Engineer at Herzog from January 2000 to January 2004. Chad Fischer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, earned between 1997 and 1999.
