Casey Brady-Gold, P.E. is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as Land Development Manager at Toll Brothers since January 2021, Casey oversees all phases of residential land development, including cost estimating, consultant management, and regulatory coordination. Prior to this role, Casey held positions at Duke Realty Corporation as Development Services Engineer, managing industrial real estate projects, and at Pennoni Associates as an Associate Engineer, providing civil engineering design services. Earlier experience includes internships at PennDOT, Aqua America, Drexel University, and Con-Lyn and Solar Pro LLC. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and completed a Data Science in Real Estate course at MIT.
