Matthew Rowley has over 25 years of experience in the education sector, serving in various roles within Toledo Public Schools since August 1999, including Senior Director of Testing, Principal of Beverly Elementary School, Principal of Chase STEM Academy, Assistant Principal, and Teacher. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Substitute Teacher at Washington Local Schools from December 1996 to September 1998. Matthew holds Superintendent Licensure and an Education Specialist degree in School Administration from The University of Findlay and The University of Toledo, where a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction was also obtained. Additionally, Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Miami University.
