Senior Director: Strategic Account at Tokyo Electron

Heather Banisaukas Stein's work experience includes several high-level roles in strategic account management and operations. Heather served as the Senior Director of Strategic Account at Tokyo Electron US, where they led a $1 billion support business for a major customer account and implemented a data-first approach to support their evolving operations. Prior to this, Heather worked as the Director of Account Operations - TEL US Etch Division, where they integrated business partnerships and captured $1.5 billion in future business opportunities.

Heather also has extensive experience at Intel Corporation, where they held multiple leadership positions. As the Director of Factory Engineering and Factory Steering Committee, they managed operations and successfully restructured programs to repurpose existing infrastructure, resulting in improved production costs and reliability. In their role as the Director of New Technology Programs, Heather planned and launched innovative programs to optimize technology for new products, leading to significant company growth and expansion of the customer base.

Additionally, Heather served as a Staff Advisor for Global Supply Chain at Intel, where they conducted interviews and provided constructive feedback to enhance supply chain configurations. Their expertise in supply chain management was further demonstrated in their role as a Supply Chain Engineering Manager, where they oversaw capital equipment delivery and established relationships with suppliers.

Heather began their career at Intel as a Process/Equipment Development Engineer, analyzing supply chain performance and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Heather Banisaukas Stein completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Chemistry & Business Management from The University of Georgia in 1998. Heather later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Florida, which they obtained in 2000.
