Yasuko Kato currently serves as a Senior Concierge at Tokyo American Club since February 2022. Prior to this role, Yasuko worked as a Sales Manager at The Cream of the Crop & Co. K. K. DBA Pierre Marcolini Hawaii from January 2016 to February 2020, focusing on customer relationship development, sales and marketing strategy implementation, and staff training. Yasuko's earlier experience includes serving as a School Lunch Service Supervisor for the Hawaii State Department of Education from October 2014 to April 2018, where training and monitoring special diet accommodations were key responsibilities. Yasuko also worked as a Clinical Dietitian at The Queen's Medical Center from September 2014 to September 2015, providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and recommendations to patients.
