Daniel Dibe has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Daniel started their career at PwC in 2000 and worked there as a Senior Manager until 2013. Daniel then joined Chubb / ACE Group as the Director of Compliance, Risk, and Internal Controls until 2016. In 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tokio Marine Seguradora. Daniel later held positions as a Council Board Member at Caixa Residencial / XS3 Seguros and as a Board Member at IAP - Itajubá Administração Previdenciária.

Daniel Dibe obtained a degree in Ciências Contábeis (Accounting) from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they studied various subjects such as contabilidade, auditoria, administração, direito comercial, tributário e trabalhista, and economia. Daniel then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras, from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their academic degrees, Daniel Dibe has obtained several certifications. Daniel holds the Brazilian Certified of Independent Audits (CNAI) from CFC, SUSEP, and BACEN, which they obtained in December 2006. Daniel also holds the ICSS - Certificado para Conselheiros e Dirigentes certification from ICSS - Instituto de Certificação dos Profissionais de Seguridade Social, earned in February 2019. Lastly, Daniel Dibe is certified as an accountant in Brazil by the State of Sao Paulo's CRC - Accounting Regional Council, a certification they have held since 2002.
