Steve Zrebiec is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in workers compensation underwriting. Currently serving as AVP - Workers Compensation Corporate Underwriting at Tokio Marine America since 2017, Steve develops and implements underwriting strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and global guidelines. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Product Underwriter and Assistant Vice President at Zurich North America from 2006 to 2017, where notable achievements included improving pricing accuracy through the development of a predictive model and receiving a Gold Award. Earlier career roles include Senior Technical Underwriting Specialist at Texas Mutual Insurance Company and Underwriting Specialist at LWCC, where Steve contributed to strategic guidance and developed training programs. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Seton Hall University.
