David Francis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sustainability across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Business Development Manager at Toitū Envirocare since June 2023, David leads initiatives in carbon and environmental programs. David co-founded Black Sheep Touring Company in 1994, specializing in boutique travel to New Zealand. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Infratec Ltd, where David contributed to renewable energy projects, and Energy Specialist/Technical Projects Manager at the Nelson Marlborough District Health Board, managing diverse energy portfolios.
