Carol Lynch serves as Chair at uMed since July 2023 and as a Board Member at adthera bio and a Member of the Board of Directors at WINGSforGrowth, both roles commencing in June and January 2023, respectively. Additionally, Carol holds the position of Senior Advisor at Delin Ventures since December 2022. Prior experience includes notable roles at Sandoz, such as Chief Business Officer from January 2021 to March 2023, and President US and Head North America from March 2018 to December 2020. Carol also served as Global Head Biopharmaceuticals at Sandoz, A Novartis Division from September 2014 to February 2018, and held leadership roles at Novartis Pharma from January 2008 to August 2014, focusing on US new product commercialization and strategic marketing in respiratory. Carol obtained a degree from The University of Sheffield between 1985 and 1988.
