Brianne Russell-Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, training development, and community service. Currently serving as a Research Associate and Training Developer at Westat since January 2003, Brianne specializes in creating corporate training materials for data collection staff. As a Diligence Team Volunteer for Together Rising, responsibilities include vetting grant applications and conducting online research. In addition, Brianne holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Parents of Autistic Children Northern Virginia (POAC-NOVA), where leadership roles include chairing the Communications and Social Media Committee and co-chairing the School Liaison and Legislative Outreach Committee. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Representative on the Fairfax County Advisory Committee for Students with Disabilities and working as a Research Consultant for the Institute for Women’s Policy Research. Brianne holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Women and Gender Studies from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University.
