Alex Mack CRCMP, CC(GRC)P has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the financial services industry.

From February 2023 to the present, Alex is serving as the Director of Compliance at Together Credit Union.

Before joining Together Credit Union, Alex worked at Celebrity Home Loans, LLC from September 2022 to February 2023 as the Director of Project Management. In this role, Alex led and facilitated multiple company-sponsored initiatives, built strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensured project tasks were assigned and deadlines were met. From October 2020 to September 2022, Alex also held the position of Corporate Project Manager at the same organization.

Prior to Celebrity Home Loans, Alex worked at Selene Finance LP from October 2014 to October 2020 as the AVP Regulatory Compliance - Testing/Controls/Monitoring.

From September 2013 to April 2014, Alex served as the Check/Terminal Service Center Manager at Southeastern Grocers.

Alex began their career at JPMorgan Chase in May 2003 and held various roles during their tenure. From September 2011 to September 2013, Alex served as the AVP - Credit Risk/Policy&Proc Analyst. From February 2011 to September 2011, Alex held the position of AVP - Default LM Ops Mngr. Prior to that, from May 2003 to February 2011, Alex served as the Loss Mitigation Manager - Default Underwriting.

Alex Mack has a comprehensive education history in the fields of risk management, compliance, and various other areas. From 2016 to 2027, Alex attended the International Risk and Compliance Association and obtained a certification as a Certified Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance Professional. During the same period, Alex also attended the International Association of Risk and Compliance, where they earned a certification as a Certified Risk and Compliance Professional with a focus on risk management.

In 2021, Alex attended the Mortgage Banking Association's School of Loan Origination, obtaining a degree in Loan Origination. Additionally, Alex pursued an Anti-Money Laundering certification from Alliance Manchester Business School, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.
