Roi Sela has a diverse work experience. Roi started their career as a BI Analyst in the Israel Defense Forces from the year 2017 until August 2019. After that, they joined IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as a Software Engineer (C/CPP Developer) from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, Roi joined CEVA, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked until June 2023. Currently, they are working as a Real-Time Software Developer at Toga Networks, a Huawei Company, starting from June 2023.

Roi Sela completed their education as follows:

- From 2022 to 2024, Roi attended Bar-Ilan University and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Electrical Engineering.

- From 2019 to 2022, Roi studied at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science.
