Moti Bar is a seasoned DSP Software Engineer currently working at Toga Networks since April 2016. Prior experience spans from January 2004, where Moti has held various engineering roles at NXP following the acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor. Key contributions include leading the LTE TDD L1/PHY development project while specializing in RF unit integration and testing, along with significant involvement in the LTE FDD L1/PHY project that included the development of standalone prototype demos. Moti has also contributed to developing PHY kernels in DSP and conducting software performance analysis and optimization. Moti holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
