Susan Vaidyan serves as the Director at Toddle - Your Teaching Partner since January 2022, previously holding the position of Associate Director in Learning and Engagement. In addition, Susan has been an Examiner for the International Baccalaureate since March 2019, specializing in Psychology Extended Essays and Internal Assessments. Prior experience includes teaching IB Psychology and Theory of Knowledge at The Cathedral and John Connon School from April 2015 to December 2021, where Susan facilitated professional development workshops for over 100 teachers across India. Susan's earlier roles include working as a Psychologist at Masina Hospital, leading group sessions for young adults and conducting psychological assessments. Additionally, an apprenticeship at Deloitte South Africa involved data analysis and fostering cross-cultural communication skills. Susan holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Christ University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Xavier's College.
