Holli Campbell has a diverse work experience in the theater industry. Their most recent role was as the Director of Partnerships in New York for TodayTix Group (TTG), starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Curriculum at Beyond The Stage Door since July 2020. From August 2019 to December 2022, they worked as the Company Manager for Freestyle Love Supreme. Before that, they held the Associate Company Manager position at Hamilton from June 2016 to September 2021. They also had a brief stint as an Associate Company Manager at Joey Parnes Productions LLC from January 2016 to June 2016. In July 2015, they worked as the Company Manager for Dames At Sea Broadway. Their earlier roles include Assistant Company Manager positions at Gigi on Broadway from December 2014 to June 2015, Richards/Climan, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2014, and Williamstown Theatre Festival from May 2013 to August 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Management Apprentice at Roundabout Theatre Company from September 2012 to May 2013.

From 2008 to 2012, Holli Campbell attended the University of Evansville, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre Management. In 2010, they also briefly studied at Collège International de Cannes, focusing on the French language.
