Vacant is the current Manager (Brands & Merchandising) at Todak.

Vacant has over 10 years of experience in the education and training industry. Vacant was the Managing Director at Beyond Intelligence Training Centre Sdn Bhd from January 2011 to May 2017. In December 2018, Vacant joined Pure Education Sdn Bhd as the Team Lead Manager and served until March 2021.

Prior to joining Todak, Vacant was the Chief Operating Officer at Alchemist Training Academy Sdn Bhd from October 2017 to December 2018.

Vacant holds a degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Vacant has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universiti Teknologi MARA. They also have a Certified Certificate in Train The Trainer from HRDF.

Vacant reports to Vacant, Head (Corporate Communications). They are on a team with Vacant - Manager (Customer Service), TM - Manager (Internal Communications), and Vacant - Manager (External Communications).
