Ryan Deterding is a Senior Support Engineer at Tock since August 2020, with a strong background in IT and software engineering. Previously, Ryan served as a Programmer/Analyst at Boeing from October 2014 to August 2020, where Ryan engineered the transition from HP Asset Manager to ServiceNow, created data pulls from over 200 sources for IT Data Warehousing, and enhanced HP Asset Manager software functionalities. Prior to Boeing, Ryan worked as a Microstrategy Functional Analyst at Accenture from January 2013 to October 2014, contributing to reporting and ETL development for the United States Postal Service, and as a Technical Support Analyst at Cerner Corporation in 2012. Ryan holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis.
