TaQuana Williams, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Academics at TNTP, where responsibilities include partnering with clients to enhance academic strategies across various projects and supporting key district and state leaders in the West and Southwest regions. Prior experience includes roles at Teach For America from June 2017 to February 2021, culminating as the Director of Aldine Hub, where TaQuana focused on developing community pilot programs and managing teacher leadership development. Earlier, TaQuana worked at YES Prep Public Schools as a Literacy Specialist and Dean of Instruction, providing training to improve literacy instruction for diverse student populations. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Urban Education and Leadership, multiple master's degrees in education, and a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Graphic Design from Howard University.
