Ton van Mol is an accomplished director and managing expert in flexible electronics and innovative technology development. Currently serving as the Director of Flexible and Free form Electronics at TNO since August 2019, Ton van Mol focuses on creating market-driven solutions in healthcare, energy storage, and digitization through advanced flexible electronics and 3D printing. At Holst Centre, where tenure began in January 2006, Ton van Mol holds multiple roles including Managing Director and Partnership Director, overseeing the acquisition and management of industrial partnerships while leading initiatives in electrode and barrier technology for organic applications. Prior experiences encompass significant research and project leadership roles at TNO Science and Industry and Sandia National Laboratories, supported by a PhD in Chemistry and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
