Tess Tjokrodikromo is a Junior Scientist Innovator in Environmental Planning at TNO since February 2021, having previously worked as a Graduate Intern at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from September 2019 to September 2020. Tess served as an advising student member of the Faculty Board for the Faculty of Spatial Sciences during this time. Additionally, Tess contributed to the information center for Aanpak Ring Zuid from June 2018 to September 2020 and acted as Secretary for Geo Promotion between June 2018 and July 2019, where a significant conference on risk management in socio-spatial planning was organized. Earlier experience includes a Sales Assistant role at Ziengs Schoenen and mentoring first-year students at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Tess holds a Master of Science in Governance and Management of Complex Systems from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master of Science in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning along with a Bachelor of Science in Technische Planologie from the University of Groningen. Educational background includes VWO in Nature and Technology from Scholengemeenschap Lelystad.
