Sahana Reddy currently serves as a Project Manager for Reliable Structures at TNO, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Sahana held the role of Project Manager at NewCold from July 2020 to September 2023. Experience also includes a role as a Project Management Research Graduate at NETLIPSE, where Sahana contributed to identifying best practices for large public infrastructure projects across Europe, and as a Project Management Research Intern at Hardt Hyperloop, focusing on the European Hyperloop Program. Early experience includes an internship at Tanmathra Ventures, where Sahana prepared cost estimates and reviewed project plans. Sahana Reddy holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from New Horizon College of Engineering.
