Ruud Busker has extensive experience in research and development, specifically as the Program Manager for CBRN at TNO since September 1988, overseeing projects for the Netherlands Ministry of Defense and serving as a member of the EU FP7 Security Advisory Group. Prior to this, Ruud Busker completed a PhD in Pharmacochemistry at Leiden University from 1984 to 1988 and is a registered toxicologist.
