Eddy Zwier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology transfer and business development. Since August 2011, Eddy has served as the Manager of Tech Transfer at TNO, leading the Tech Transfer Program which connects research initiatives to market-ready solutions. Prior roles at TNO include Venture Manager, representing TNO Tech Transfer Holding in spin-off companies, and Tech Transfer Officer, focused on the commercialization of technology through startup ventures. As a Business Development Manager, Eddy identified new business opportunities by aligning market needs with advancements in technology, such as artificial intelligence and autonomous robotics. Prior to TNO, Eddy worked as a Business Consultant at UniPartners Rotterdam. Eddy holds a Professional Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an MSc in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and New Business Venturing from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Hanze University.
