Denise Meuken is a research scientist and project leader at TNO since October 2001, specializing in munitions safety issues, including safe storage, use, and disposal within the Energetic Materials research group. Prior experience includes an internship at NLR, focusing on Foreign Object Damage (FOD) research, and another internship at FEI Company, where testing and evaluation of Scanning Electron Miscroscopy and Field Ion Beam technology were conducted. Denise's career began as an afdelingsassistent at Verpleeghuis Meander from 1992 to 1997, providing cleaning and care services. Denise holds a Master's degree in Applied Physics from the University of Groningen, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
