Bernard Maillard is a Business Intelligence Consultant at TNO since March 2024, focusing on the Energy and Materials Transition by aligning market insights with research efforts to maximize socioeconomic impact. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Analyst and Venture Developer at NLC - The European Healthtech Venture Builder from August 2020 to February 2024, where Bernard contributed to advancing health technology through entrepreneurship and venture creation. Additionally, a Venture Developer Intern role at NLC in 2019 involved supporting healthtech innovations, while earlier experiences included research as a Student Researcher at the Acoustic and Vibration Laboratory and an internship at Pentair Valves & Controls. Bernard holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Design from Chalmers University of Technology, certifications in Lean Six Sigma, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
