Alexander Bletsis is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Orchestrator at TNO since March 2023. Previously, Bletsis held the position of Innovation Manager at Provincie Noord-Holland from March 2020 to March 2023, and also worked as an Innovation Consultant and Project Lead during that time. Additional roles include Ambassador of Change (voorzitter) at Het Opdrachtgeversforum in de bouw from 2020 to March 2023, and Business Analyst at VolkerRail from March 2018 to March 2020. In the earlier stages of the career, Alexander Bletsis was a Graduate Research Intern at Volker Engineering Structures from 2019 to 2020, focusing on framework design for polycentric systems, and an Undergraduate Research Intern at Philips in 2017, where the research concentrated on Smart Tooling Systems. Alexander Bletsis holds a Master’s degree in Complex Systems Engineering and Management from Delft University of Technology, an additional qualification in Orchestrating Innovation in Public-Private Ecosystems from the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Groningen.
