Gadi Moshel started their work experience in 1998 as a Design Engineer at Amy -Metom Engineers and Consultants Ltd. Gadi then became a Project Manager at the same company, a role they held from June 2000 to January 2006. In January 2006, Gadi joined TNM Limited as a Quality Assurance Manager. Gadi later became the International Activity Director at TNM Limited in August 2014 and eventually transitioned to the role of Managing Director for Asia & Africa in February 2020.

Gadi Moshel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
