Jose Carlos Sampaio is an experienced executive with a strong background in retail and commercial management. Currently serving as the COO at TNG Comércio de Roupas Ltda. since November 2016 and as Diretor Geral at Fabrizio Giannone Designer since April 2016, Sampaio has held key leadership roles including Direção Geral at Cavalera and Direção Comercial at GSM Brasil - Subsidiária Billabong International, where responsibilities included the implementation of retail operations in Brazil and commercial negotiations. Earlier career achievements include serving as Superintendente Comercial at TNG Comercio de roupas Ltda., overseeing retail and wholesale operations, and as Diretor de Varejo e franquia at Ellus, where Sampaio drove franchise and store expansion initiatives. Sampaio holds a degree in Administration from Universidade São Marcos.
