Before their role at TMX Group, Noor worked at BMO Financial Group as a Senior Financial Analyst. Noor started their career as a Financial Analyst at Accenture and then moved on to become a Senior Accountant at EY. Noor holds a Master's degree in Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto, and an Honours degree in Business Administration from the same university.
