James Mullins was appointed to the Board in December 2010. He brings to the Company a strong combination of accountancy, experience of working with public markets and institutional investors. James, with his financial background, provides the experience required as chairman of the audit committee to challenge the business internally and also the external auditors. From 2004 to 2007, he was the Finance Director at Rambler Media and was involved in its successful admission on AIM and subsequent sale. He has been a director of numerous funds and companies including a fund listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. He was previously a partner in First Mercantile and FM Asset Management Ltd. He previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and British Coal where he was a national investment manager. He was recently Chairman of the Scottish Salmon Company, which is listed on the Oslo Bors. James is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Arts degree from Trinity College, Dublin. James is also an active entrepreneur and investor. James Mullins has completed an online course with University of Oxford Said Business School entitled “Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme.”
