Mick Hammond is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global client operations and business transformation across various industries, particularly in telecommunications and outsourcing services. Currently serving as the Head of Global Client Operations at TMF Group since September 2015, Mick is responsible for defining and monitoring commercial KPIs for the global Client segment and leading performance enhancement initiatives.
