Mr. Langberg is a Wharton School of Finance graduate of 1969 having majored in economics and insurance. He is also a Fordham Law School graduate of 1973 and was admitted to the NY Bar in 1974. His current status is “a member in good standing.” In 1984 Jeff joined the family firm, Silverfox LLC (founded in 1916). There he oversaw the nonprofit side and performed the legal work for two years. In 1986 took over leadership and became Senior Managing Member, overseeing the investment and advising side for technology, health, and social impact endeavors. Additionally, he is currently advising several other family offices in NY and abroad. Mr. Langberg has also held positions as Managing Member of several investment companies including Diversified Green LLC and has previously served on several advisory boards including TerraNova Capital, which funded the Company in several tranches over the past 7 years.
