Marcel Garsthagen is an experienced professional in civil engineering with a career spanning several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Ontwerpverantwoordelijke OWN -R1 Oost (Z) at TM ROCO since January 2024, Marcel also holds the position of Senior Design Engineer at Infranea, part of Sweco, since February 2021. Previous roles include Ontwerpleider at BAM Infraconsult, Hoofdontwerper Wegen for Combinatie A1|28, and Hoofdontwerper Baan at BAM N261 Non Stop. Marcel began a career in design as an Ontwerper at various firms, including Ingenieursbureau Oranjewoud B.V. and ARCADIS. Marcel holds an Ing. degree in Civiele Techniek from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed HAVO at chr scholengemeenschap de Lage Waard.
